Tess performs healing based around three forms - Reiki, Spiritual Healing and Ascension Healing.
» Reiki
Reiki is an ancient form of healing which involves the balancing of the chakras - energy fields that surround the body. Reiki was developed in the Modern era by a Japanese scholar named Mikao Usui and has only recently been practiced in the West.
Tess is a qualified Level 3 Reiki Master and runs Reiki Attunement Workshops.

» Spiritual Healing
Spiritual Healing is based on the Christian teachings of Jesus of Nazareth. Tess trained with the Christian Spiritualist Society almost 20 years ago.
The healing process involves the holding of hands over the body, giving a sensation of heat or cold around the effected areas. Often there is no need to even directly touch the patient. This method is related to the way Jesus heals in the Bible.
Spiritual Healing can also be performed absently.
» Ascension Healing
Ascension Healing is similar to Spiritual Healing, but involves contact with higher beings - angels.
